Skovは、3つの家具kitや数種のアングルと共にカラーバリエーション豊かなパーツで構成されたモジュールブランドであるが、ユーザーが的確なサイズにカットした任意の素材と組合わせることができるので、地域材やロス材の積極活用など、サーキュラーエコノミーを促すための仕組みとした。ライフステージや生活環境の変化に合わせ、また、新たな素材との出会いで次の家具へと創り育てる。少しづつアップデートしながら一生使い回し、次に引継ぐことをデザインした。 ※ Skov (スコー) は、デンマークで森を意味します。思考を刺激し、少しだけ視点の角度を変えることで、発想の森を育みます。 Skov is a modular brand composed of three furniture kits, several angle pieces, and color-rich components. It enables users to combine these with any material cut to precise dimensions, creating a system that actively promotes the circular economy through the use of local timber and salvaged wood. It adapts to changes in life stages and living environments, and evolves into new furniture through encounters with different materials. Designed to be updated incrementally, used throughout one's lifetime, and passed on to the next generation. ※ Skov (pronounced “skoh”) means “forest” in Danish. It stimulates thought and, by shifting perspectives just a little, cultivates a forest of ideas.
